- If the agreement is not signed by you and dually returned to us, there is no refund.
- If you purchase our services and change your mind later and decide to withdraw 100% there is no refund.
- If you do not wish to continue the services with us, there is no refund.
No refund if you fail to,
- Clear the medical examination by the client or his/her family members included in the permit request
- Provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate which is not less than 3 months old.
- To prove sufficient funds for settlement or maintenance by the client or his/her family members included in the permit request. .
- Submission of fraudulent papers.
- Submit any of the additional papers requested by the consulate at a later stage.
- VR-Global Solutions is not responsible for a refund of any fees or other amounts/charges that have actually been paid to any of Assessing Bodies, Embassy/Consulate/High Commission, Immigration Authorities in case of candidate obtaining or not obtaining visa approval or on denial or non approval of his/her application at any phase by the authority.
- The registration cost only consists of the firm’s services but no application or assessing cost is included in it. The candidate accepts to pay the whole additional costs required as applicable during the process.
- VR-Global Solutions shall not be accountable in getting your documents attested, formatted from the required organization/University as it’s the client’s responsibility to do so.
- Scheduling visa dates or associated jobs would be done as an extensive job as an additional service which is not part of the service fee charged/Paid.
- We do not guarantee any kind of jobs to the applicant. We only help in finding a job by modifying your resume, uploading your resume in job websites, etc.
- Applicants need to provide sufficient funds as and when required for a period of 1 to 12 months. Failure of showing the same while applying will certainly result in the application being denied or not approved. In this case, no refund will be done from VR Global Solutions.
- In case of visa being denied for the following reasons, no refund will be given.
- If the candidate fails to attend the visa interview.
- If the candidate does not adhere to the needs of the Embassy or consulate.
- For any other factors where the consulate/Embassy authorities decline the visa for forgery, intimidation, submission of untrue records or unverifiable documents and so on.
- Application or processing charge paid to Visa authorities or other organizations is client/applicant’s responsibility and are not included in VR Global service charges.
- VR Global can terminate/withdraw their services without refund of service cost if the applicant:
- If the applicant does not provide all the required documents within the stated time from the date of his/her registration, which is typically within one month.
- If the applicant corresponds directly with any type of Assessment body, at any time of phase until and unless the candidate is authorized or given a written grant for doing so.
- If the candidate does not respond to the mails and calls made by VR Global for more than a month.
- VR Global will not be held responsible for costs incurred due to a delay in the visa process due to circumstances outside of our control.
- VR Global will eventually create a mail id on behalf of the client for the Express Entry profile/Skill Select, Job search and Job Bank Account or else can access the Mail ID of the client who has already completed any of the above mentioned processes with full authorization until they get their visa.
- Client agrees that under no circumstance he/she would take help of any media and is bound by this agreement to refrain from postings any defamatory or derogatory contents on websites, internet blogs, social media or any other platform that shall bring any disrepute to the brand image of VR Global and the same shall be dealt with in a strict manner in appropriate court of law.
- If the applicant’s request for refund falls under the acceptable terms and conditions of VR Global and the service arrangement, the time required to process such a demand would certainly take 30 to 45 working days.
- The online payment facility is dependent on the performance/speed of the Server and related IT infrastructure of the service provider and respective bank. VR Global does not guarantee their server uptime and transaction success time. VR Global shall not be responsible for the success or failure of the transaction.
- However, in case of a double charge made due to technical problem/issue, VR Global will refund to the extent of a second repeated charge without interest or any other levy.
- Any Disputes with respect to the terms of this Agreement shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the Territory of head office of VR Global Solutions under the jurisdiction of courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
